Gentrification is a detriment to a good portion of this country's most popular and cultured cities. Although it impacts a handful of cities, BLKxLIGHT starts with pin-pointing the situations right here at home. The purpose of this shirt is to bring light to what is going on in our city; how our city is changing; and how we can begin having these uncomfortable conversations that will hopefully lead to steps being made toward fixing these disastrous circumstances.
